Join us on Thursday mornings at 9:00am for a 60-minute Yoga flow for Seniors.
Our class is specifically geared towards bodies that may be a bit more limited in range of motion, focusing on strength and stability for our joints, as well as learning modifications for poses and more.
The pace of this class is geared towards newer yoga students, those who haven't done it in a while, or never have beens.

Join us for a 90 minute yoga workshop focusing on rejuvenation this Spring Season. You’ll be guided through breathwork, and an easy going flow, awakening all the nooks and crannies that were neglected these past Winter months. The flow will aid in easing tension and mobilizing our joints. Myofascial release will be incorporated with the use of tennis balls to further release some common tight areas. We’ll finish off with a lovely savasana leaving you feeling reinvigorated and REFRESHED!

How do I sign-up for the group yoga classes?
Because we have limited spots for our classes, a payment is required for your first time.
You will venmo @MassageStudioPhilly $20 after you sign-up through our booking site (see below). For further classes, you can pay at the studio via venmo or cash.
