$300/90 minutes | $400/120 minutes

A Custom session is personalized one on one experience. Curated stretch/yoga the first 30-60 min based on your goals (injuries, problem areas etc) to a massage session completing the hands-on portion. You will also receive a PDF Stretch RX with images of you in the poses/stretches your MT recommended, for at home practice. A truly customized session to meet your bodies therapeutic needs.
